River (they/he) is a Pittsburgh-born tattoo artist working in both handpoke and machine techniques. Their work focuses on bold blackwork, delicate dotwork, and nature-inspired designs with a playful, illustrative twist. River began tattooing during an apprenticeship in North Carolina and is committed to creating a calm, inclusive environment where every client feels safe and seen.
